Jaakko has extensive experience in international and domestic M&A, financing and capital markets arrangements as well as value creation strategies.
He regularly advices Finnish companies to grow into strong international players.

Pasi is Initia’s founding partner and M.Sc. (Econ.) from Helsinki School of Economics. He has worked with M&A and capital market transactions since the 90’s.
Pasi has also in-depth experience from growth and turnaround companies from advisor, investor, management and board perspective.
Outside work, Pasi enjoys family time, reading, and various sports such as hockey, tennis, and golf.
Lauri joined Initia in 2008 and has been working within the corporate finance industry since 2000. Previously he worked as Partner at Mandatum & Co which later became part of Danske Bank.
Lauri has an M.Sc. (Econ.) from the University of Vaasa.
He has comprehensive experience in the execution of domestic and cross-border M&A and ECM transactions, especially in the ICT, logistics, and clean tech industries.
Lauri is a passionate golfer and enjoys spending time at his summer cottage with family and friends.

Jaakko has over 15 years of experience in demanding M&A transactions and financing arrangements, especially in the ICT and energy industry transactions.
In his spare time, Jaakko enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading books, and playing tennis.
Markku joined Initia in 2015, before which he worked at an international corporate finance boutique and a Nordic law firm.
Markku has an M.Sc. (Econ.) from Aalto University School of Business and an LL.M. degree from the University of Helsinki. He has also completed an exchange program in Chile as well as Australia.
Markku has recently worked especially with demanding sell-side and growth financing mandates within the healthcare and technical trade sectors.
In his spare time, Markku plays floorball and is an enthusiastic track and field athlete. He also enjoys relaxing in the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Prior to his affiliation with Initia in 2018, Julius enjoyed close to three years of experience within various types of capital arrangements.
Julius has an M.Sc. (Econ.) from the University of Vaasa.
